School Disciplinary Rules

CIRCULAR TO ALL PARENTS
Dear Parents,

This is to draw your kind attention on the following disciplinary measures that need to be considered and complied for the best future of our students and the image of our school.

1 Punctuality – Students should be in School before 7.30 am and should be picked after School by 1.45 p.m. the latest. Please note that the School gate will be closed sharp at 7.40 a.m. with effect from Sunday, 17th March 2019 and students arriving after 7.40 a.m. due to unavoidable circumstances should report to the School office with their parent and obtain permission giving valid reason for late arrival before going to the Class room. School will not take any responsibility if the parents drop and leave their kids after the gate is closed.

2 Dress Code – Students must come suitably attired to school at all times.
a. The uniform must be according to specifications given by the school. Variation in the shade and design will not be permitted. Uniforms must be neat, clean and tidy.
Boys- Dark blue trousers, blue shirt, tie, school badge & plain black polished shoes and white socks.
Girls – Dark blue pinafore, blue shirt, tie, school badge & plain black shoes with white socks.
b. Hair style
Boys should have short haircut. Long hair and fancy hair styles are strictly not permitted.
Girls hair should be neatly combed and secured with black ribbon, hair clips or band. No loose hair will be allowed and colour shading is completely prohibited.
c. Students must not wear watches, waist belts or fancy jewellery. Belt for boys will be allowed only if necessary (Blue plain fabric finishing)

The above mandatory requirements are being implemented in the best interest of all the Students.

Also, please be informed that mobile phones and other electrical items are strictly not allowed during School hours, extra classes and extra-curricular activities. If students are seen with any such devices, it would be confiscated by the School.

Due to safety precautions of our Students, we have started the practice of calling the Parents to confirm the absence of their children to the School. Therefore, we hereby request Parents to kindly inform the School Office before 8.00 a.m. (on 012-6745510 /012-6745570 extension 101,102 or 103), if your child is not attending School on a particular day. Your co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
