CIRCULAR TO PARENTS
(Reception 1 to Grade 9)
PTM-2
Dear Parents,
The Parent teacher meeting (PTM-2) for the academic year 2018/2019, will be held from 4.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. as per the given schedule, to discuss the progress of your child/ children before the 2nd semester examination.
R 1, R 2 & Grade 1 to Grade 4 -Wednesday, 3rd April 2019.
Grade 5 to Grade 9 -Thursday, 4th April 2019.
- No Parent will be taken for discussion beyond 8.00 p.m.
- Time allocated for each Parent is 5 minutes.
- Only the Parents will be allowed inside the Classrooms during the meeting.
- Parents are given the option to bring their children if they wish to, but are humbly requested to leave them outside the room during the meeting for a comfortable discussion.
- Parents will be taken inside on a ‘first come first served’ basis and there will be no token or pre-registration available near the entrances of any Classroom. Therefore, you are kindly requested to follow a queue system.
- Parents are requested to maintain a healthy Parent -Teacher rapport for the betterment of your child.
- The Acting Principal will be available for any further discussion regarding your child or you may even drop your complaints or constructive ideas in the suggestion box outside the School office for the betterment of the School.
An attendance form for each class will be available at the entrance as well as with the Class Teacher to mark your attendance. It is compulsory that all Parents attend this meeting. We regret to inform that no consideration will be given later to non – attendees.
