CIRCULAR TO ALL PARENTS
Dear Parents
This is to bring to your kind notice that as promised, we were planning to host the AGM soon after the 2nd semester examination (prior to the closure of academic year) but, unfortunately we could not obtain the necessary approval from the Ministry of Education to conduct this meeting. Moreover, a representative from the MOE and Consulate too needs to attend the AGM.
Please note that there were many reasons which contributed to the delay in organizing this meeting, including the delay in completing the audited financials for the 2 years, pending 2016/2017 and 2017/2018, introduction of IFRS, preparations for the CIE and semester exams etc.
However, we intend holding this meeting after the commencement of School in the academic year 2019/2020 while obtaining the necessary approval.
Thank you very much for your usual support and co-operation. Meantime if any parents require the school audited financials you may please collect it from our school office.
N.B. – The date of appointment of the present board of management is on 05/12/2017.
