CIRCULAR TO ALL PARENTS
Dear Parents,
Circulars and Messages from School by WhatsApp
Communication through social media has become very easy and effective these days. WhatsApp is being used by almost everyone in our society.
We have observed that few students don’t seem to be taking the notices to their Parents. Therefore, in order to make the School communication reach Parents instantly, we decided to use WhatsApp to send all circulars and messages in future. This is also an initiative to save our planet by saving energy, paper and time by reducing photocopies and also it reduces the expenses during this difficult financial situation of the school.
Only the Admin will be able to send messages.
In order to set up this process we need your whatsapp number to send the messages. Therefore, we kindly request all Parents to clearly fill in the slip given below and forward it to the Class Teacher by Sunday, 31st March 2019.
Also we request all the parents to use our upgraded website and Mobile-App for the latest updates about the school activities. Further instructions and the link will be sent to you soon.
We expect your fullest co-operation in this effective and environment friendly messaging system.
