CIRCULAR TO ALL PARENTS
Dear Parents,
- The 2nd Semester Examination will be held according to the schedule given below:
Reception 1 & 2 -from 28th April 2019 to 2nd May 2019. Grade 1 to Grade 9 -from 23rd April 2019 to 2nd May 2019. - Please pick your child from School 15 minutes after the time mentioned in the Time-Table
- Students from Reception 1 to Grade 9 should not attend school from Sunday, 5th May 2019 to Thursday, 9th May 2019 to facilitate Teachers in the correction of papers.
- All Students (except R1 and R2 students) should attend School on 12th, 13th & 14th May 2019 for paper discussion. Paper discussion will be done and files will be given on 14/5/2019 only to the Students those who do not have any fee arrears.
- Students of R1 & R2 should report back to school on Tuesday, 14th May 2019 to collect their files (optional).
- Reports will be given to students from Reception 1 to Grade 9 on the last day of this academic year Thursday, 16th May 2019.
- School timing during Ramadan will be from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
- Next academic year 2019/2020 will commence on Sunday, 18th August 2019.
Students will be eligible to sit for the Examination, only if he/she possesses an Admission card. Therefore, we request you to settle all your due payments in full, prior to the commencement of Examination.
